Return Policy

Return Period

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some items may have different return periods as specified in the product description.

Eligible Items for Return
  • Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All accessories and free gifts must be included
  • Items should not be damaged due to customer misuse

  • Perishable goods (groceries, food items)
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (undergarments, personal care items)
  • Items damaged by customer misuse or negligence
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Digital products or downloadable items

How to Return an Item

Contact Support

Log into your account and go to My Orders. Click on the order you want to return and select "Return Item". Alternatively, contact our support team.

Provide Details

Fill out the return request form with:

  • Reason for return
  • Product condition
  • Return address

Get Approval

Wait for return approval (usually within 24 hours). You'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number via email.

Ship the Item

Package the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RA number and ship to the address provided. Keep your tracking number.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • eSewa: Refund to your eSewa wallet (3-5 business days)
  • Khalti: Refund to your Khalti account (3-5 business days)
  • PayPal: Refund to your PayPal account (5-7 business days)
Refund Amount
  • Full refund of the product price for eligible returns
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect
  • If you received a damaged or wrong item, we'll also refund shipping charges
  • Partial refunds may apply for items returned in damaged condition
Note: If you paid via cash on delivery or bank transfer, refunds will be processed to your bank account or mobile wallet. Please provide your account details when requesting a return.

Exchange Policy

When Can You Exchange?
  • Items in wrong size (if size options available)
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Items received in damaged condition
  • Wrong item delivered
Exchange Process
  1. Follow the same return process as mentioned above
  2. In the return request, specify that you want an exchange
  3. Mention the size/variant you want (if applicable)
  4. We'll send the replacement item once we receive the original
  5. No additional charges for exchanges due to defects or wrong items
Tip: If the item you want to exchange for costs more, you'll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

Order Cancellation

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes! You can cancel your order before it ships:

  • Before Shipping: Full refund (usually processed within 1-2 business days)
  • After Shipping: You'll need to return the item following the return process
How to Cancel
  1. Go to My Orders in your account
  2. Find the order you want to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel Order" (only available if order hasn't shipped)
  4. Confirm the cancellation
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email

Frequently Asked Questions

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The money will appear in your account within 3-10 business days depending on your payment method.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Returns after 7 days are generally not accepted. However, we may make exceptions for defective items or special circumstances. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

Original packaging is preferred but not always mandatory. However, the item must be in its original condition with all tags and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item is not in acceptable condition.
